A box of “Psion Organisers”

I’ve been thinking of expanding my collection of repurposed Psion keyboards for a while now… A few years ago I converted an old mechanical Cherry keyboard from the Psion MC400 to USB and I’d heard of other successful projects that had used the Psion series 5 keyboard and added both USB and Bluetooth interfaces too.

This box of dead psion 5 bits arrived from eBay so now I have a few 5/5mx keyboards to experiment with 😉

(This post’s titular reference to “Psion Organisers” comes from a 2010 audioboom from Documentally – talking about a box of Psion Series 5 & Revo prototypes (and other goodies) that were donated to the National Museum of Computing 😀 )
